Nonprofit leaders and boards work hard everyday to make the world a better place. They enrich lives and communities, yet often struggle to secure the resources needed to sustain their efforts.

X Factor exists to unleash the potential of and maximize possibilities for nonprofit organizations so they can continue their work and fulfill their mission.

Vision precedes action. Therefore, we work with our clients to clearly understand and remain faithful to their vision.

None of us plans to fail, but many fail by not planning. Therefore, we place a premium on continuous planning, refinement, and execution.

All of us are called to serve. Therefore, we value organizations of all sizes. 

We believe every individual, organization, and community has gifts and talents to share with the rest of us. Therefore, we seek to identify and mobilize these gifts for the betterment of humanity and follow an asset-based approach to our work.
