XFC provides services to both community service organizations and community investors.

Community Service Organizations (CSO) is the broad term we use to include all organizations that provide services to individuals or communities.  This includes non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, churches, schools, social entrepreneurs and any organization working to “change the world”.

Community Investors (CI) includes all of those entities interested in underwriting, supporting, and/or partnering in the efforts and initiatives of Community Service Organizations.  Community Investors include local, state and federal government agencies, private, corporate and community philanthropic groups and national or regional intermediaries.

Services for Community Service Organizations include:

• Tools to assist with your organizational growth and development;
• Technology to help you communicate your message and document and report your outcomes; and
• Training to better serve your clients and reach organizational excellence.

Services for Community Investors include:

• Identifying and mobilizing Community Service Organizations that deliver services the Community Investors want to fund;
• Provide targeted trainings and technical assistance to Community Service Organizations to make them more effective in their service delivery;
• Leveraging the financial investment of Community Investors to help Community Service Organizations become sustainable;
• Assessing specific Community Service Organizations and creating development plans to help them achieve goals; and
• Developing systems of accountability for Community Service Organizations to demonstrate community impact and program success.
