We believe that good, valid assessment tools provide great opportunities for organizations to obtain objective organizational feedback and benchmarking. The feedback from assessments can help you map your journey and prioritize the key aresas for focus, growth and development.
Level One: is for those clients only needing a compass; you will receive a response report that summarizes
the data and highlights key areas for attention and development.
Level Two: is for those who want more explicit assistance; we review your assessment, develop a report with
recommendations and identify tips and tools that may help you on your journey.
Level Three: provides clients with the highest level of support. In addition to the review and reporting, we
provide 90 minutes of telephone consultation during which we will review the responses to the assessment, explain the
results, describe available resources and discuss recommendations for implementation. The 90 minutes of telephone
consultation can be divided into two 45 minute sessions. One session can be for the Executive Director and Board
Chair and the second session can include a conference call presentaion to the Board, where the results are reviewed
and discussed.
