The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the following ATR grantees invite you to an educational and informational forum on the President's Access to Recovery (ATR) voucher program. The goals of ATR are to expand substance abuse treatment and recovery support services capacity, support client choice, and increase the array of community-based and faith-based providers that are organized into service networks.
The forums will help community-based and faith-based organizations learn how they can participate in ATR as service providers. This site will updated as additional information becomes available.
