Collectively, we all can make a difference in the lives of others and in the world by leaving legacies, pathways and footprints for others to follow.

"To leave a legacy," according to Dr. Spraggins, "means some visionary and responsible person recognizes that taking extraordinary action in the present will positively affect the leaders of the future. Pathways, in my view, is all about trailblazing, honoring your spirituality, networking, creating opportunities within the community that put everyone on the same win-win page in terms of developing and promoting the common good while continuing to address the corporate or institutional, and the community's agendas. These concepts are not necessarily diametrically opposed; they only require thinking - and acting - out of the box. Footprints, of course, is all about creating a generational pipeline and creating a developmental culture of excellence across industries."
