Keynote addresses on The Nonprofit Sustainability Challenge in which we introduce the topic of sustainability, frame the challenges organizations face, and briefly introduce the 10 principles that promote sustainability.

Session tracks that unpack the Ten Principles that Promote Nonprofit Sustainability. Depending on time allowed, these tracks can be an overview of all 10 principles, or a deep dive into one or more of the most relevant principles for your audience.

The Nonprofit Sustainability Challenge Workshop is a two-day interactive intensive program for small groups of nonprofits in your community. We introduce The Nonprofit Sustainability Challenge, walk through each of the 10 Principles that Promote Nonprofit Sustainability and allow organizations to assess their current sustainability challenge(s) and develop an action plan that identifies their assets and prioritizes the specific priority areas to address.

The Quest for Nonprofit Sustainability is a customizable training and technical assistance program designed for communities or funders interested in building the capacity of their grantees or coalitions. It takes a long-term comprehensive approach to organizational and program sustainability. The Quest includes group training sessions, and an individualized assessment, coaching, and consulting for each participating organization. The Quest requires custom programming and proposals are developed upon request.

Follow-up coaching and/or consulting is available to assist organizations with their specific situations and customizing plans to their organization and environment.
